Refund Policy – Certified Car Checks
At Certified Car Checks, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, all vehicle history report purchases are final and non-refundable. Our reports are intended for informational purposes only, and we cannot be held responsible for any decisions or purchases made based on the information provided.
Strict No-Refund Clause
All payments made to Certified Car Checks are final. Once a report has been delivered, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
48-Hour Limit
Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after report delivery will not be accepted.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
We collect data from trusted third-party sources, but we do not guarantee the completeness, availability, or accuracy of every detail in the report.
Disputes and Chargebacks
In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, Certified Car Checks reserves the right to take legal action to recover any financial losses incurred.
Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:
- The delivered report was entirely blank or contained no data.
- You were charged twice for the same VIN report.
Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- You believe the report contains an error (data is provided “as is” from external sources).
- The report was incomplete due to missing or unavailable information.
- There was a delay in receiving the report (standard delivery time is 6–12 hours).
- You changed your mind or were not satisfied with the contents.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please email us at info@certifiedcarchecker.online with the subject line: “Refund Request”, and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used during purchase
- The vehicle’s VIN
- Reason for the refund
- Date of purchase
- Payment method (e.g., debit/credit card via Stripe)
- Transaction ID or last 4 digits of your card
Refund Review and Processing
All refund requests will be reviewed within 20 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
